Get ready to feel the beat. Cycle 2 VES students are ready to “kick it” with their dance of “We Will Rock You,”

followed by

Cycle 3 with an energetic rendition of

Dollard-des-Ormeaux School

“Any mummers allowed in?” Mummering is an old Christmas tradition from Newfoundland. All you have to do is disguise yourself with whatever you have in the closet and go visit neighbouring houses. Mummers dance and sing while the neighbours try to guess who you are under the costume. Once they do, you move onto the next house, usually picking up a few new Mummers along the way.

Everest Elementary School

“Dance-Art Jam” Cycle 3 students present a multi-dance and arts number that they have created together.

La Tuque Elementary School

“Pop Danthology” These Cycle 3 students dance to some of 2012’s most popular hits, choreographed by the grade six girls.
