" Every year, the Central Quebec School Board welcomes students from across the province to the Performing Arts Festival. This morning, the Quebec High School's gym was filled to the brim with students from La Tuque, Chicoutimi, Trois-Rivières and Quebec City eager to meet the artists who would be giving workshops later in the day. The CBC's Julia Caron was at the festival and found that there's something for everyone - from beat boxing to songwriting and photography. "
